Persian numbers in use, not in a list

Numbers are easier to remember when they answer questions people actually ask.

Chand salete? چند سالته؟ means "How old are you?" It is informal, so the app also teaches when a more formal version is expected.

Man 30 salame means "I am 30 years old." It shows learners how a number sits inside a sentence instead of floating alone on a flashcard.

Shomareye telefon and Gheymatesh chande? move numbers into phone calls, shops, taxis, and everyday money questions.

Why the app teaches numbers this way

Memorising one to ten is useful for a minute. Using a number to give your age, ask a price, or understand a phone number is useful immediately. That is the app's standard for lesson design.

Common questions

01How do you ask someone's age in Persian?
Chand salete? (چند سالته؟) is the informal way to ask how old are you. A more formal version is Chand sal darid?
02How do you ask the price of something in Persian?
Gheymatesh chande? means how much is it. In shops and taxis you will also hear Chand mishe?
03What is the best way to learn Persian numbers?
Learn them inside real questions, age, prices, and phone numbers, rather than reciting one to ten in isolation, so each number is tied to a situation you will actually use.
