I. How do I restore purchases?
Open Settings, tap Restore purchases, and make sure you are signed into the same App Store or Google Play account you used for the original purchase. If it still doesn’t appear, email us with your store receipt and we’ll sort it.
II. Why don’t I see subscription prices?
Store pricing only appears in a production or TestFlight build. Expo Go and development builds can’t surface live store products. On a real production install you’ll see region-specific pricing automatically.
III. Does the app work offline?
Yes, on purpose. Lessons, audio, progress, and your handbook content are bundled in the app so you can learn on a plane, a subway, or in a mountain village with no signal.
IV. How do I change reminders or reset my data?
Open Settings inside the app to toggle notifications, update your learning preferences, restore purchases, or reset local data. Resetting removes your local progress and brings you back to the first lesson.
V. I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email jakewarburton6@gmail.com with your device model, OS version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help enormously.
VI. Can I request a lesson topic?
Yes, please. New lessons get built based on what learners actually need. Send me the situation you want to handle in Farsi and I’ll add it to the queue.
