§Privacy policy.

Learn Farsi: Real Persian is built to be private on purpose. This page explains, in plain English, what the app stores, what it doesn’t, and what you can do about it.

Effective
April 11, 2026
Scope
iOS & Android app
Short version
Offline-first. No ads, no tracking, no accounts.

I.What we collect

Your lesson progress, streaks, onboarding answers, and settings are stored on your device. They do not leave it unless you explicitly back up your phone through Apple or Google.

If you buy Premium, Apple, Google, and RevenueCat process the purchase and share your entitlement status so the app can unlock paid content. We never see your payment details.

II.What we do not collect

  • No ads, and no ad identifiers.
  • No third-party analytics or behavioral tracking.
  • No sign-in, no email, no account required.
  • No sale of personal data to anyone, ever.

III.How data is used

Local data is used solely to remember your progress, preferences, and scheduled reminders. Purchase data is used only to validate your access to Premium and to restore purchases across new installs on the same App Store or Google Play account.

IV.Third parties

The app relies on a small number of services to deliver downloads, billing, and notifications: Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, and Expo. Their privacy terms apply to the limited information they each process.

V.Your choices

You can reset the app at any time from Settings → Reset local data. This removes your progress and preferences from the device. You can also disable notifications in the app or in your system settings.

VI.Children

The app is built to be safe for children and adults alike. Because we don’t run analytics or collect personal information from anyone, the same protections apply at every age. The only data anyone’s account touches is purchase status, handled by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat when a Premium purchase is made.

VII.Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the effective date at the top of the page and note what changed in the app’s release notes.
